Hey nostr:nprofile1qqsqdzwltpr635ehdzfd52tz947qlhq77x2c7j7yguwep9n258k2nusprdmhxue69uhhw6r9v96zu6rpwpc8jarpwejhym3wvdhj7qg4waehxw309aex2mrp0yhxgctdw4eju6t09uqsuamnwvaz7tmwdaejumr0dshszs87re you're a great guy. This whole thread is evidence.
I see several replies though. The newest at the top, unless it's the newest reply, which is at the bottom, unless the newest is someone I don't follow, which is below the people that I do. It's all so very organized...like a reverse matroska doll.
Lol. We do seem to agree on a great deal, which I enjoy.
The basis of Gnosticism is wisdom. Obtaining wisdom requires gathering knowledge, so studying anything and everything is on the menu. This does not mean to "take part in and become a follower" of everything.
I don't see education as something that can ever deter my faith. I have enough evidence from personal experience to know there is something beyond me, and that I am a part of it eternally. However, learning does increase my resolution of perceived reality. Giving me a "better view" of it than I would have without.
Above what? 🤔
Anyway, one of my clients gave me a 10 minute story about his experience in US Air Force survival and POW training during the Vietnam war. Each student is tortured until they break. They were confined in various ways. I was allowed to peek into a world that was "regular business" for some. It's amazing what people are willing to go through. I can't imagine signing up for that.
I can see the movie "The Golden Dragon with Nunchucks" now. A heroine making the London night-party scene a safer place.
I don't see how it fits into Gnosticism at all. Maybe tell me where you see a connection?
It's not even Gnostic! It's certainly BS, unless by "All..", he meant "None of the...".
Have you driven a Fnord lately?
I've never heard of Simple Plan. Ian McKay FTW.
If you don't have your own backup, that's a problem.
I heard that it has turned into a dating app.
Sounds like a waste of ammo. If they're killing livestock, shoot them. If they're not, leave them be.
I've heard friends in the business make the same complaint, but the problem is no one tell this to the customers. "Open" means "open" to the rest of the world. Only kitchen staff have this "we're not really open when we're open" concept. I avoid going to restaurants that are closing, but most people have no clue.
