I knew nothing about linux and did this entire process . the guide is really well explained and easy to follow.
As a result, I now understand and use linux as daily driver, and have good understanding of bitcoin core software.
One note: do allow them to also spend as much time with your ex (their father ) as well. You likely dont think he is needed or wanted but he will play a critical role in their upbringing.
