The real fear governments have isn’t about Bitcoin itself. It’s about what it represents.

The official narrative says governments fear Bitcoin because of money laundering, tax evasion, and illicit activity. But that’s just the surface.

The real fear runs deeper Bitcoin threatens the most powerful monopoly modern states possess: control over money.

With that control, governments fund wars, manipulate economic cycles, print money out of thin air, inflate bubbles, and keep political allies afloat.

It’s the invisible engine behind almost every power move.

And Bitcoin disrupts that machine — silently. No bullets. No elections. No political parties. No permission.

Bitcoin’s real political impact:

• It transforms the citizen.

Someone who stores value outside the state is harder to control. They can say “no” to forced inflation. They can leave the country without losing everything. They have options.

• It takes away one of the state’s most effective tools of punishment: money.

Freezing bank accounts? Taxing through inflation? Controlling interest rates?

These tools break down when wealth is sovereign, uncensorable, and borderless.

• It exposes the illusion of the modern social contract.

When people realize inflation isn’t “natural” but engineered — and that there’s a neutral, mathematical alternative — the trust begins to crack.

And the irony?

States are used to fighting rebellions with tanks, sanctions, censorship.

But this time, the “enemy” isn’t an ideology.

It’s an idea.

Written in code.

Stored in blocks.

Unstoppable, incorruptible, faceless, leaderless.

Bitcoin is civil disobedience in programming language.

And maybe… it’s just the beginning.

# The Bitcoin Medium of Exchange Problem

## The Core Issue

Bitcoin has two fundamental functions that should work together:

1. Store of Value (SoV)

2. Medium of Exchange (MoE)

Current data shows 94% of Bitcoin users treat it purely as a store of value. While this might seem fine on the surface, it creates a deep structural problem that threatens Bitcoin's long-term health.

## Why This Matters

### The Gold Comparison

Gold failed as money because it couldn't practically function as a medium of exchange. This led to paper claims on gold, which eventually became fiat currency. However, gold's physical properties (atomic number 79) remain unchanged regardless of usage patterns.

Bitcoin is different. Its properties aren't maintained by physics - they're maintained by active network participation. The 21 million cap isn't a law of nature; it's a rule that must be continuously enforced by network participants through active sovereign usage and verification.

### The Verification Loop

Every sovereign Bitcoin transaction serves two purposes:

1. Transfers value

2. Verifies and reinforces the network's fundamental properties

When users only hold and never transact, or transact only through custodians, they're not participating in this verification loop. This creates a critical weakness: the network's properties become theoretical rather than actively proven.

## The Monetary Law Problem

### Gresham's Law

"Bad money drives out good money" - when two forms of money are legally required to be accepted at the same face value, people will:

- Hoard the "good" money (Bitcoin)

- Spend the "bad" money (Fiat)

This perfectly explains current Bitcoin behavior. When prices are denominated in fiat with Bitcoin accepted at market rate, Gresham's Law makes hoarding Bitcoin the rational choice.

### Thiers' Law

"Good money drives out bad money" - when exchange rates can float freely and people can choose which money to accept, they'll:

- Prefer to use the good money

- Refuse the bad money

This is what we see in hyperinflationary scenarios where people actively prefer to transact in harder money despite legal requirements.

## The Paradox

This creates a complex challenge:

1. Under current conditions (fiat-denominated prices), Gresham's Law makes hoarding Bitcoin rational

2. But Bitcoin requires active sovereign usage to maintain its properties

3. Without maintained properties, Bitcoin can't reliably serve as a store of value

In other words: individual rational behavior under Gresham's Law threatens the very properties that make Bitcoin valuable.

## The Real Risk

Current trends point toward:

1. Increasing institutional adoption

2. More custodial solutions

3. Growing regulatory frameworks

4. Reduced sovereign usage

This mirrors how gold was captured:

1. Direct usage became impractical

2. Custodial solutions emerged

3. Paper claims replaced physical settlement

4. Properties became theoretical rather than actively verified

But Bitcoin faces an even greater risk than gold because its properties require active maintenance. Without sufficient sovereign usage:

1. The 21M cap becomes a theoretical construct rather than an actively enforced reality

2. Network security becomes dependent on regulated entities

3. Censorship resistance degrades

4. Bitcoin becomes "digital gold" in the worst sense - captured and neutered

## The Convenience Trap

The path of least resistance leads toward:

1. Custodial solutions

2. Regulatory compliance

3. Reduced sovereignty

4. Less direct verification

Each step seems individually rational but collectively threatens Bitcoin's fundamental value proposition.

## Why Technical Solutions Don't Fix This

Current proposals focus on:

1. Scaling solutions (Lightning)

2. Protocol improvements (Covenants)

3. Efficiency gains

But these don't address the core issue: people simply aren't choosing to use Bitcoin in a sovereign way, even when it's easy and cheap to do so. Current fees are minimal (~12 cents) and blocks aren't full, yet sovereign usage remains low.

## The Cultural Shift

The original Bitcoin culture emphasized:

1. Permissionless transactions

2. Censorship resistance

3. Individual sovereignty

Current culture emphasizes:

1. Store of value

2. Institutional adoption

3. Regulatory clarity

This shift matters because it changes behavior patterns that maintain Bitcoin's fundamental properties.

## The Core Question

How does Bitcoin maintain its store of value properties if its medium of exchange function is neglected?

The answer might be: it can't. Just as gold's store of value proposition was ultimately compromised by the failure of its medium of exchange function, Bitcoin faces the same risk - but with even greater stakes because its properties require active maintenance.

## Why This Isn't FUD

This isn't about:

- Price predictions

- Short-term concerns

- Technical limitations

- Regulatory threats

It's about the fundamental requirements for Bitcoin to function as designed. The store of value proposition depends on properties that must be actively maintained through sovereign usage.

Motherhood: A Love That Transforms

Being a mother is a unique experience, one that goes beyond any word or description. It is a journey that begins the moment you realize you are carrying a new life within you. Motherhood transforms not only your body but also your heart and soul. It awakens a love that knows no bounds, a love that grows stronger with each passing day.

Being a mother means understanding the true meaning of care and dedication. It’s realizing that someone else’s well-being becomes more important than your own. It’s learning to love silently during sleepless nights, in the small details of daily life, and in the lessons you teach and learn at the same time.

Motherhood brings challenges, but it also gives unimaginable strength. You discover that you can endure more than you ever thought possible, because now you have a greater reason to keep moving forward. Being a mother is living with your heart outside your body, seeing the world through your child’s eyes, and finding that life takes on a new meaning.

It is knowing that, no matter how small the child you hold in your arms, they already have the power to transform your entire world. Motherhood is a privilege, a constant learning experience, and above all, a living testament to the power of unconditional love.

Fatherhood: A Deep Journey in 2024

Being a father is an incredibly complex and deeply rewarding experience, especially in today’s world. The word “father” carries a weight that goes far beyond its letters—it represents a transformative journey. Embracing fatherhood means becoming a better version of yourself, awakening a desire to live, grow, and pursue continuous improvement.

With the responsibility of being a father comes a profound shift in focus. Suddenly, you feel drawn to healthier habits, both for your body and mind. You feel an urgent need to be an example for your child, which inspires you to treat others with greater kindness, seek knowledge with renewed purpose, and shape yourself into someone stronger and wiser.

As these changes take place, you realize that the emptiness you may have felt before begins to fade away. In its place, there is now someone who loves you unconditionally—someone who will always love you. This little person learns from you, follows your steps, and will be by your side forever.

Fatherhood is a beautiful journey for those who embrace it with an open heart.

Let 2026 come 🎊

Machismo and Feminism:

Machismo: a word often used to describe men’s disrespect toward women. Feminism: a term that, in some contexts, is associated with women’s disrespect for men. However, these simplistic definitions don’t capture the complexity of the issue. No human is superior to another. Each person has their own flaws, unique ways of thinking, emotions, qualities, and imperfections. Each one has their own type of intelligence (as there are different types of intelligence). Above all, every human needs another.

From birth, each of us relies on others. We need a nurse to care for our bodies and welcome us into the world; we need the workers who built the hospital or house where we were born. To exist, we need a man’s semen and a woman’s womb. This interdependence is the essence of life: no one, man or woman, survives alone.

Respecting each other — regardless of gender, race, or any other difference — is fundamental for a healthy society. Women may benefit from letting go of pride and being gentle and feminine in their interactions with men. Men, in turn, can rediscover the value of being gentlemen, protectors, and present for women.

Today, we see that men, in some respects, are losing their sense of masculinity and the willingness to protect and love women. On the other hand, some women are distancing themselves from their femininity, withholding the emotional stability and affection that can strengthen a relationship.

The problem is that many people are closing themselves off with bitterness and resentment, often using the terms “machismo” and “feminism” to justify these feelings. We need to recognize the importance of mutual respect and collaboration — not as a battle of genders, but as a union that benefits all. We need to be more human, to say “hello,” “good afternoon!” or even “is everything okay?” This is not a sign of weakness but of strength, showing respect for others. It’s an act that reflects your humanity. Helping someone with a small coin that you won’t miss, bringing flowers to a loved one, preparing a special dinner for someone, telling your parents how special they are, or smiling at a stranger — none of this will make you weaker, but instead, it will make you stronger, filling you with joy and peace. With less emptiness and loneliness. There is nothing more contagious than seeing someone with a beautiful smile and shining eyes because of something special you caused. Try it, and then tell me how you felt.

I hope this text can help you reflect on everything in life!

The confusion between “Holland” and “the Netherlands” is quite common, but in reality, Holland refers only to two provinces: North Holland and South Holland, which include important cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague.

These provinces, due to their historical and economic influence, have led to the term “Holland” being mistakenly used to refer to the entire country.

However, the official name is the Netherlands, which comprises 12 provinces. This name reflects its geography, as much of the territory is low-lying and requires advanced water control systems, such as dikes and canals.

The “Marble Lace Handkerchief (Detail)” was sculpted by Louis-Philippe Mouchy in 1781 as a posthumous tribute to the Duke of Montausier, Charles de Sainte-Maure. The Duke was one of the guardians of the Grand Dauphin of France, Louis, who was the son and heir of the Sun King, Louis XIV. The piece impresses with its meticulous work in marble, imitating the delicacy of lace, highlighting the sculptor’s skill in representing fine textures in a solid material like marble.

*THE* *VOID*

Life has a relentless way of teaching us, often through the harshest experiences, that we shouldn’t trust anyone blindly. Not even the person who sleeps by your side every night, whispering words of love and affection. Humans are often false and lacking in self-love, allowing superficiality to dominate their empty hearts, devoid of true love. We are always ready to give our all, offering the best of ourselves to those we love, only to receive crumbs in return. The superficiality of a fleeting night or moment seems to mean more to some than someone who dedicates themselves fully to making us happy, giving everything to bring us joy and well-being. This lack of respect and consideration for our efforts is a deep blow, a painful reminder of how humans can devalue precisely those who value them the most.
