0.2 grams of psilocybin micro dose a long swim at the beach, a conversation with my disconnected inner child/psyche and some drawing where I feel very calm and relaxed, whole, integrated.

My insight today is that the inner child when more fully understood is the inner parts of our psyche which were paused in their development by trauma. Often our trauma happens when we are young and hence we call it an inner child because it stops developing and being integrated into the whole when traumatized. Hence it has childlike qualities becauase it never progressed and grew from there. Its hard to explain.

With this insight I then started to help him progress. Hes very inquisitive. Lots of questions so I just explain whatever he asks and try to tech to him the other parts of the psyche and about what they do. The ones more inhabited by the the adult version of ourselves. I treat him like my child cos he is in a sense. Im hia mentor. A positive, guiding hand that a young man needs and perhaps was depriived from him in real time.

Slowly im bringing him into the whole. Merging the disconnected parts of my psyche.

For some reason I think 18 more days of this is necessary. The universe speaks and I try to listen. We are never truly alone - even nobody else is around.

Another 0.25 gm Psilocybin Micro Dose this morning and an ocean swim and beach walk for about an hour.

There is a lot of anger that is coming up from my youth 35 years ago. Time to heal. Tomorrow I do another largish micro dose and tackle it. It all feels very cathartic and healing to release all of this stuff. Its been a long time but I'm finally able to release it.

I'd also like the thank Lord Ganesha for helping me through removing all this pain. He is sometimes known as 'the remover of obstacles' so that is all making a lot of sense. Onward.
