Also , People do not think in spread sheets. The human comfort of owning your own home and not being indebted to anyone is very difficult to put a price on..
I’m thinking through this trying to understand/ imagine the next 10 years… I’m not sure I’d call somebody an idiot who gets a house debt-free for his family to live in with some BTC. That way his family has a home for generations (something very valuable in that), no longer rents shelter, and can save in BTC. Or am I missing something obvious…
Basically I think people will sell BTC for assets in the real-world, and these sellers of BTC (buyers of the physical-world assets) will get incredible ”fire-sale“ value as the penny drops for those physical asset-owners; nothing stores value like BTC.

Yeah you’re right, it doesn’t make sense now. But, will the environment stay like that with cheap fiat loans in next 10 years? Like I wonder how fiat loans will work as the whole system changes, and everything repriced in BTC. I need to study more to understand this 😂
Hmmm yeah maybe. Where I live (Ireland) people want to own houses, it’s culturally engrained. And people are not always rational. My thesis is as follows : most (99%) of people do not understand BTC, as that moves to 50% I think people who store wealth in land/houses will take an out & start selling for BTC over EURO and there will be buyers. Those buyers will get incredible value, houses for a few million sats. Just thinking out loud - what do you think? Pole holes etc 😄
