I think the main issue here is that `nostore` extension is not correctly adding the tag to the note. When finding a npub in the message it should convert it to hex and add it as a `p` indexed tag as per NIP-08 https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/08.md

Reactions are not going anywhere, they are part of the protocol. Zaps is a wip proposal to add another event type to the protocol that records payment reactions to profiles and events, not to be confused with regular Lightning payments.
Clients can decide which one to support, if at all. Users then choose the clients that fit their needs.
when zaps are recorded on nostr and you can see them as reactions to profiles and notes or even use them to weight post quality I'm probably going to mantain a zap-only version of snort. likes are cheap, show me the zaps.

main issue atm is that feeds are not cached and are sometimes mixed together. also not very efficient from suscription handling point of view, we know how to fix it just don't have enough time.
