Likely some of the last really cold mornings this year. It was 16F before dawn yesterday as I went to get grain. The weather patterns are looking to be warming after today which will be very welcome to get rid of the last snow that is clinging on in the shadowed areas of the farm. The sheep and birds were super happy to have the grain to wade through and glom down.
J made shrimp seviche quesadillas for lunch which he will be entering the recipe in the Young Future Chefs competition at school. With hand made tortillas he will likely be a sure winner. For dinner I grilled bison burgers while we watched UFC 298 which had some solid bouts.
