I’m a writer (first novel out now), but also a historian with a PhD from a French grande école. Been postdoc at Columbia University and New York University.
Today though I work as a marketer and I co-lead a marketing agency, Demian Media, between Miami and Barcelona.
Married to @Ilisa with two kids, we live kind of off-grid in my ancestral home in the countryside.
I lift weights and I’m a carnivore. I’m also a nudist, eccentric artist, and a raver—brief, a Dionysian person. I’m very religious, of course.

Spent some years without credit score and it was very difficult to navigate… everything.
We talk a lot about freedom and being free. Bitcoin for the first time feels like one sails away, free. And it is true. There is a material correlation of things being freed, one after the other. We neglect the spiritual things though. If we stay on the material things we remain halfway, incomplete, truncated. We should reclaim and regain the Spirit too. Then full liberation ensues: it is when we understand that freedom isn’t free and it carries liabilities.
That is liberation, greater and truer than freedom.
Be free. Practice freedom.
