They seem to be taking over…

51 years young! And yes I agree she is amazing!
When we create things, it comes for our spirit…
Whether we create family, writing or a beautiful table.
They are expressions of us.

Maybe a spiritual success like being true to yourself.
I think I am leaving it up to the reader. It was a new thought this morning and I didn’t have a full grasp of it. Cheers!
No worries, I left it vague on purpose. To provoke thought.
I was thinking of an equipment checklist for machine.
Hand tool checklist
Power tool checklist
Materials checklist.
Everything would have my personal insight attached.
Or what we are taught about success?
As far as the checklist, what information and insight would be helpful? This is something I have been wanting to produce.
GM! Nostr,
Which has more risk…
To live out someone else’s dream with your limited time and be successful?
Or, to live out your dream and be unsuccessful?

That’s an awesome goal, those are perfect beginner projects and a great way to build skills.
To make sure I point you toward the most useful resources, I’ve got a few quick questions:
Are you starting from scratch, or do you already have some tools?
What kind of space are you working with? (Garage, apartment, backyard, etc.)
Are you more drawn to hand tools, power tools, or just whatever works best?
Do you have a rough budget in mind for getting started?
Would you rather learn through videos, step-by-step guides, or live classes (over Zoom) so you can ask questions in real time?
Do you need a basic buying checklist to know what tools and materials to get first? (These really help avoid wasting money.)
Once I know where you are at, I can help better. Thank you for your reply!
The first time I ever made a plywood workbench top, I used just a sheet of plywood and some supports.
It was not successful. It sagged and was not good.
Now, I am testing torsion boxes to be sandwiched in between two plywood sheets.
The boxes (pictured) should give the benchtop extra strength.
Will see how it goes this weekend, when I glue the plywood on.
