Likely a slow day in the loan mine today. Last day of the month is slow on my desk.
Had a busy weekend. Starting on Friday we butchered a lamb & went to a local small business expo. Saturday was an all day tree pruning class & then out to dinner wiry some friends. Sunday we made lamb sausage & started rendering some sheep tallow. We haven’t tried that before so that’s something new this year.

Yep - if you use their credit card you get a percentage back at the end of the year & you get more for being an executive member. With the perks it can fall below spot.
All done with the initial breakdown. Put over 53 lbs of meet into the freezer & we’ve got at least 2 babies out there for next year.
