All good bro. But yes I added the tx fee to the 150k.

So now I have a channel opening pending to zapstream for 100k with 8,000 sats of 150,000 sats left in the hub's on-chain wallet. 42k expense, not bad!

You need a bitcoin core but could run it as a neutrino / pruned bitcoin core

Start9 is a very close contender, for sure my second choice. It wins hands down in the features department, only reason it’s not #1 for me is that it’s Tor only and the Tor network is often spotty. If Tor is down node is down. With MyNode I can connect via clear net and just use #Tailscale tunnels for privacy.

PSA: MyNode is one of the best node implantations out there. And I’ve tried them all. The lead dev Taylor is constantly pushing updates and it pains me to see that it gets almost no recognition around here… spin one up if you’ve been thinking about switching or running your first node!!!

There aren't many topic-accounts on nostr actually.

Like it must be very difficult for a client to recommend categories. And there are almost invisible parentheses.

You have 'music' but then a lot of it actually '(bitcoin) music'.

You have 'memes' but really it's 'memes (about bitcoin)'.

Which obviously has a very very limited appeal.

(There are notable exceptions).
