Ways to grow the use of NOSTR... There are so many!
1. Provide unique and powerful value over current tools / technologies - Target Twitter/X, Facebook, Slack...
2. Make it easier for mere mortals to use / adopt / share
3. Better real world use cases - support relays / hashtags with a purpose and which provide value every time you access them
*. Improve the signal to noise in the apps in their ability to help navigate multiple relays, lots of content.

I've tried contacting the organizers for over a month now, and now I see the agenda appears to be set. I had originally understood this to be an unconference and am disappointed in the lack of transparency and response.
