Slightly different because my FiancƩ is another guy, but -
After 5 years I found the most success in getting him involved. I bought another cold wallet (needed a new one anyway) and had him set it up (with my help)
His computer, he went through the motions, we spent time hiding the seed phrase (he found this part exciting lol)
Finally I sent a healthy chunk to the wallet so he could see it and feel part of it.
He still is probably at 20% in terms of understanding the importance, but now he is excited about it!

We need to switch to pricing in sats if we want mass adoption.
Thatās so f**** underestimated as a barrier.
When I was 16 I bought fake IDās online and saw bitcoin and a number that was something like .2460184002 and a bitcoin address. Had no fucking idea what to do (and I was very tech savvy at 15)
Pricing in sats fixes the first problem, a QR code and auto-copy to clipboard (mostly) solve the second.
250,000 sats sounds better than .193749438 or whatever.
Additionally trading 1 dollar for 250 sats sounds much more appealing than paying $5,000 for .04728 bitcoin
*None of these numbers are accurate just random numbers
