You and nostr:npub16secklpnqey3el04fy2drfftsz5k26zlwdsnz84wtul2luwj8fdsugjdxk bring Nostr style.
I love Nostr—scrolling down my feed from nostr:npub12z8jsett3k6rv9fa2guau5p540qr2xuvjzkr8e432mglafjt99sqkw9zmx inviting someone to put their face in her chest to someone announcing a prayer Nest. Land of the free. 😄
Indeed I did, and t was great! At least—I think so. Now for the nerve racking bit where I fret about what she really thought and whether she’ll say yes to another.
Wow, first dates are an emotional roller coaster! Amirite, nostr:npub1jcjxjg92200kdp8guw8sysg8gr0ez29hahrfdy49h30hgnkpa4kqfvmtwx ?
A special, deep blue Nostr Nest?
Twenty years ago, nostr:npub1jrcfyw8n298jf83txvlxzx0w7jtfwqs0j4ha0dnn9ns33hgm209sqejdcc and I started dating. Twenty years. I just cannot believe it's been that long. We've built an incredible life and family together and I couldn't begin to imagine my life without her in it.
Today, I gifted Katie this beautiful painting created by nostr:npub17nd4yu9anyd3004pumgrtazaacujjxwzj36thtqsxskjy0r5urgqf6950x. I took this photo when we were on a family vacation in Uvita, Costa Rica in January. Katie's been wanting a painting for our living room. Isolabell brought it to life for us and I was able to purchase it thanks to Bitcoin and Nostr. 😍 Thank you.
♥️
Welcome! What’s the “body release method?”

Happy birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉
Happy birthday, nostr:npub1unm5skfa9x4drpq43pu2g00w6pzwvfhsa23z4j6aee7vghaygmkqwjtxhc !
I’ve seen that a few times 🤣. Wonder what the deal is. Somebody’s gang name?
I love both projects and teams, but this is a sad state of affairs. Regressions matter. They make the existing user base doubt the health vitality of the projects. Don't mean to throw shade; just saying it out loud to make us all better.
That said, I recognize these are volunteer projects, and I'll take responsibility for not volunteering to jump in and work on the bugs that matter to me.
# `@rjk`'s thoughts on Markdown in kind 1
Admittedly, I'm not the greatest test case, as I live in a world where I see a lot of raw Markdown in plain text files and am quite accustomed to it. IMHO, "worse" is still a *graceful degradation*, with clients that supporting it providing a *progressive enhancement*. I'll point out Gruber's original intent, although perhaps we've collectively moved on:
> The overriding design goal for Markdown’s formatting syntax is to make it as readable as possible. The idea is that a Markdown-formatted document should be publishable as-is, as plain text, without looking like it’s been marked up with tags or formatting instructions.
