It’s been too much convenience and junk food in my life lately to cope with an overburdened schedule. I haven’t focused on my health since I was pregnant with my second son, who is almost four!

I’m sick of feeling like garbage everyday, so I’m going to post meals on Nostr to help keep myself accountable and show off the awesome food I can get my hands on through the development of our local food co-op and home growing.

Forest raised pork sausage, smoked pork chop, free run eggs and rainbow radish microgreens topped with my “Cheezy Greens” smoked salt/greens/nutritional yeast blend.

I will for sure. There is an open black bear season right now, but I'm not sure I can get out. I've never hunted bear either.

This is the last venison in the freezer. Tis a sad day indeed.

Our local butcher takes pork chops and infuses them with lard and calls them "Prime Chops". We sousvide them for 24 hours and sear them in Wagyu Beef Fat. 10/10. #ThatsWhatsforDinner
