My understanding is no. It would be akin to saying if you turn off all your phones can you call anybody. The relays are the means of communication.

A theme that continues to develop is how dangerous the idea of peace seemed to be during the JFK years. I have been pondering this. WHY WAS JFK’s TURN TOWARDS PEACE SO DANGEROUS?
My own reflections have led me to the (obvious?) understanding that PEACE IS NOT PROFITABLE. At least if your industry is war. But also as we have seen time and time again, war opens many doors that lead to the consolidation of power. ‘Regular’ people simply want to live their lives. They are WILLING to work, to add value to the world. A value that respects others and does not require the enslavement of your fellow humans.
It is interesting to me how much the people, the citizens wanted peace. Akin to today, what we all want, and what the media and those in power say we want feels so disconnected. And perhaps this is intentional.

US treasuries would be my guess If I understand things correctly. But there might be some other things. But mostly I think charts like this are dealing with treasuries.
Not a bad idea. Just time consuming. If you have the tools, skill, time, and will: go for it. Feels good to hack life.
