I did one once. I didn't train enough and had to stop training 2 weeks before it to heal a stress fracture in my foot.

I finished it but almost last with a stress fracture in each foot 🥴

I was just looking to achieve something difficult and I got served.

Walking to work the next day was a fucking torture.
