Todays lesson from my personal growth journey. That should be Aristotles quote.

I am doong it half a year. First meal at about 10.00 and last till about 20.00.

2 hours before bedtime was sugested on Huberman lab to not eat anything to have insulin and other levels low when sleeping.

I have quit caffeine since january. I do not know any particular benefits i get from this. However i would observe that sometimes i now feel sleppy a bit more during the day and take more of shorter naps than before. However i need to get on a better sleep schuedule.

In my thinking war is evolving. It definitely is becoming some other thing than what it was 70 years ago.
