No, it’s not disrespectful to say that. It’s a true assessment. The fact that it cuts through someone’s misconceptions of value the same way as calling ETH or Solana owners “shitcoiners” does not make it disrespectful. It’s more disrespectful to ignore issues than to raise them.

I've thought about it recently too and can't come up with anything other than using drugs and alcohol is an escape, maybe they're getting the same escape with phones and technology, the urge is met. 🤷‍♂️ Either way I'm happy my kids aren't using. I found this graphic on X, unfortunately without an exact source. Nevertheless, it confirms what we all know and can verify economically: the place of production is no longer the place of innovation. China has become a real magnet for patents and innovation, no matter how you get them. We must offer better framework conditions in our countries in the West, push back state activities and interventionism, reduce taxes and finally live meritocratic values so that innovators can successfully produce here.

I look at global, for all of my relays.

They're very PG-13, but, rarely, I look at the Conversations tab in Amethyst and it's littered with pictures of desperate girls, real or imagined, with their crotch exposed and staring, vapidly-grinning past the camera. I mute and report them all.

And then I wonder if the guys on here are happy about that, or depressed that people think that's all they want to look at.

I guess that's what 90% of the Internet is. That, and pictures of twenty-somethings performing questionable excersizes at the gym, while wearing pantyhose as pants.
