It's weird. The South African rugby team seem to win against everyone when it matters, backs to the wall, so mentally strong. Whereas the cricket team seem to specialise in snatching defeat from the jaws of victory ✌
Wow, unbelievable bowling at the end.
Nice, I recognise that place. Enjoyed many a good walk there, as well as a school week away at the campsite, many moons ago
Ouch, hope the dentist trip went OK and the bill isn't too big!
Anyone successfully used strike in the UK yet? Just done a small deposit, but it isn't showing yet? nostr:nprofile1qqsvf646uxlreajhhsv9tms9u6w7nuzeedaqty38z69cpwyhv89ufcqpr9mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuumwdae8gtnnda3kjctv9uml569j
Still can only remember one really great England performance in a major tournament, and that was back in 1996!
Got stung right by the eye playing golf today, now watching another dismal England performance at a major tournament. Just when my day couldn't get any worse... it didn't, saw Strike is now available in the UK, nice one nostr:nprofile1qqsvf646uxlreajhhsv9tms9u6w7nuzeedaqty38z69cpwyhv89ufcqpremhxue69uhkummnw3ez6ur4vgh8wetvd3hhyer9wghxuet59uyrlzhn #btc
Leads on the way up and leads on the way down
Watching England at a major tournament is a groundhog day
So, last day in Paris today and at the bus stop waiting for the bus to the train station to go to the airport and a few French locals are having a heated discussion. A few mins later the elderly lady asks us something in french, she quickly realises we are English from our broken French and explains the bus we need is not running today. She then goes on to apologise for her entire county as it is not the country she grew up in or recognises and is on a downward slope. I say the UK is the same. So interesting people are realising something is fundamentally wrong. Obvs those of us here think a large part is the money and we hope #btc fixes this. People are good at heart and we had so many great interactions with the pariseans, going from the boulangerie to the fromagerie and other local shops and bars. #travelstr #france
The Louvre must be one of the most disappointing and over rated experiences I've had. The irony isn't lost on me with the photo, but it was more interesting watching the people and how they act, than seeing the art (as had no chance of seeing it anyway). This is a photo of the mona lisa, I didn't even try to get any closer. Wait till they understand digital scarcity #btc
Winning the last game is what counts 🤞🤞🤞

Used nostr:npub120m93p4tpguvg5v0wms0ahd4nw27uqd7ukxrn47l6j4jwu4l35cqf65vf8 last night in Paris and went along to N'Importe Quoi. They've been on the map for a couple of weeks but I was the first person to pay in #bitcoin and so we got free shots!
Bitcoin active addresses going down? Something to be concerned about or because of lightning, etfs... keep up the great work 👍
More like CBDC!

Similar in the UK, but you have to buy everyone in the club house a drink. You can get insurance too, I've decided to risk it and would be only too happy to buy a big round ⛳ 🏌️♂️
Hope it goes well, unfortunately I can't make it down today. Would have been cool to go back to Easton. Was the subject of my geography dissertation back in the 90s
