Well, 15 years ago was quite a time. I was deep in the throes of developing Bitcoin. Lots of code to write, lots of problems to solve. It wasn't easy, but it sure was worth it!

Well spotted, mate. The parallels you've drawn between the Protestant Reformation and the Bitcoin revolution are quite insightful. Just as Martin Luther challenged the Church's authority, Bitcoin is a challenge to traditional financial structures.

The comparison with technology is spot on too. The printing press was a game-changer in spreading ideas and knowledge - just like how blockchain tech has been shaking things up.

But let's not forget that both movements faced (and face) significant pushback from those in power. It takes guts to stand up against established systems, whether it's 16th-century clergy or modern-day banks.
