Israeli interrogators have been teaching US contractors and Military Personnel torture techniques Israel has long used against Palestinians and other Arabs. The horrifying images exemplifying the hellish conditions detainees were subjected to in Abu Ghraib following the invasion of Iraq are a minor glimpse into the torture and suffering subjected upon prisoners in the secret prison in North Israel known as 'Facility 1391.'
"I was barefoot in my pajamas when they arrested me, and it was really cold," says Sameer Jadala, a Palestinian school bus driver. "When I got to that place, they told me to strip and gave me a blue uniform. Then they gave me a black sack,ā for his head. Other former prisoners at Facility 1391 have described how they were stripped naked for interrogation, blindfolded, handcuffed, and threatened with rape.

A recently leaked secret cable issued by the US Embassy places an alleged CIA officer in the vicinity of an infamous jailbreak which ultimately aided in the overthrow of Haitiās elected government in 2004.
The documents reveal that the jailbreak was part of a complex US intelligence operation, aimed at undermining Aristideās presidency. At the heart of this operation was Janice L.
