I am not a fan of the soap. I'll eat it, but would rather substitute spinach or something.
I wish this could easily be made into a screen saver...
Maybe ill just have to put a tablet up on the wall with the clock running on it. Hmm...
Yes, general notifications are working. I get DM and reply notifications. But I'm thinking more along the lines of notifications everytime a specific person posts a new note.
Example: I follow Odell and I want to see a notification for each of his new notes (not replies).
Paid relays can help speed it up.
Which client? Long press the zap button?
nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z Is there a way, or future plans, to get notifications/alerts when specific people post on Nostr/Amethyst, similar to Twitter?
Maybe if it's not possible in the app, since it would likely require a service to watch for new posts, it could be built into a relay that's already running?
I think you can reboadcast your posts to other relays from time to time. Biggest use case is close family and friends can use the relay and have your full history. Does everyone else really need to see all of your old posts? Anyone that cares enough can add the relay.
Is jailbreaking still a thing on Apple devices?
Time for webrings 2.0?
It's meant to raise awareness, not traumatize people.
Haha. Put it next to the HTTP booth.
Maybe they can put up a booth with a banner that says Nostr on it and people will come to hangout.
Ahh, found a way to do it. Go to Explore > Tribe > Latest. Then add the feed to the homepage.
Checking out Primal android alpha. Display setup is nice. Primal needs a latest notes feed on desktop and the app.
I decided to do a fresh install on this one. I probably could have just swapped the NVMe/m.2 into it and flashed the myNode image onto the SSD and not have had to re-download the time chain, but I figured I'd start from scratch.
Running myNode (linux) with LND. Pretty happy with it.
If I recall correctly, they only took BTC for the things in their online store for trinkets and accessories, not the vehicles. Which is pathetic.
