Supporting a decentralised future of sound money and technology. Study Bitcoin. Run a node! ITM!

It will be interesting to see if countries move more to tariff systems again. Overall it's just seems like another way to debase everyone through inflation. Gotta keep the debt system rolling.

Yeah, it's the bottom of the support band since Nov. Monday/Tuesday are going to be interesting to watch.

They will in Canada, Liberals are already contemplating covid like "benefit" payouts for tariff "relief". So Canadian citizens are gonna get drug through the mud in multiple ways.

So you're bottom support line is from the Jan 16 dip? I was using Jan 19 at first, but this latest bounce matches with Jan 16. Using TA more myself lately, still learning.

I'd be fine with 91k. Locked and loaded. Kinda wanting to holding for Monday to see how Tariffs move this mess.

That's very nice of you. Thank you! 😉

If you're wondering why Trump was asking Canada to get some border security or they'd get tariffs.

So the connection is end-to-end encrypted, but can the admin of the server (you or amazon) see any of the requests or data? How am I to verify that is private?

Tariff benefits are apparently coming to Canada, we'll have to see if it actually happens. The info was just leaked today. Money printer go brrrr! The special people in power could just secure the border and there would be not tariff threats, but no, they don't want to do our part because our politicians have got serious Trump Derangement Syndrome and a hard case of socialistic tendencies (possible cover band name?). Canada will "cave" eventually (aka be forced to attempt to act like adults) but it might be painful in more than one way.

If you think "AI" can think and act, then you've fallen for marketing. Make it 0.1+ btc and you maybe have a chance of an employee reading your prompt and thinking about taking it.

Of course, my first foray into NGINX can't be straight forward, I've got specific needs that are... not normal, somehow? Been struggling for days setting it up. VPS + Reverse Proxy + SSL (paid, not free) + SSL pass-through + streaming module needed for the pass-through. Kill me now kinda stuff...

I have not been able to find a good guide for my specific use case, so I'm piecing it all together.

Any reverse proxy wizards who can give some pointers out there? Should I just use something else for my use case?

I even ended up compling NGINX from scratch at one point with the streaming module enabled. It worked, but then the directories are all different and the config is still a pain. Realized I'll have to compile and fix it all everytime I want to update, no thanks!

Linux administration has always been a pain in the ass. I'm so thankful for NixOS on my desktop and laptop, it makes things so much easier to deal with on that side.

I'm giving HAproxy a try now. Had It working, sorta. Broke it setting up multiple ports in the config at the end of the day.

Tomorrow is another day to roll around in poor documentation and half-baked AI directions.

If I can ever figure this out, I'll write a guide on how to set this up so people can run a server, clearnet node or relay behind a VPS without all the frustration.

Is this because miners are just selling direct to ETFs and not paying much because the miners are owned by the ETFs and keeping their fees low? Seems like there should be a little more action on the fees.
