Even if you can get used to consuming the information that fast, isn’t it annoying listening to people talk at this unnatural pace? Whenever I’ve tried 1.5 or 2x, it just sounds annoying to me 🤔

Last Christmas I tried eggnog for the craic , just to see what the yanks are always banging on about : listen to me now , eggnog is fucking delicious.

I put it up there with Baileys or something like that, it's very rich and comforting, and I find that it actually soothes your tummy , so gentle and smooth, I love it , and the nutmeg and the spices and all that , mmmmnn man , I wonder why I didn't try this before.

Thing is , I lost the recipe I was using last year, and the thing I liked about it was that it was a really simple recipe , nothing complicated.

Does anybody have a good , simple egg-nog recipe I can use this year?

nostr:npub1ejvhdkt8ppefezgz0sgnwdqrn8l4z8muws2k8dz2tv0a57ac2z9st56q8x put me onto this recipe a couple years ago and I’ve made it every year since. I’ve experimented with several spirits, and I think my favorite batch was 50/50 dark rum and brandy.

You don’t _need_ to let it age so long, but it does benefit from resting at least a full week.

Most miners will never see this msg and do not care. They just want the pool that earns them the most profit. Fortunately, these two things are aligned.

Here’s the plan:

1. Remove search from universe view, use this inline search (inspired by mail app).

2. Advanced search. Things like until:date,since:date,@author.

I’m not at all arguing in favor of taxes or big gov, but I don’t think the comparison is fair. Romans also were not traveling at 80 mph 🤣
