Lightning invoice programmability. People using lightning are making small transactions to incorporate bitcoin into their business. Making set prices for lightning invoices that have a programmable lifespan will allow them to print QR codes for specific products they sell regularly. Great strike is a wallet, But is it a business spreadsheet platform? You are helping people with very rudimentary business operations incorporate into western banking. Offer them a professional suite of business organization products. This way the papusa lady can compete with Nike.
Missing patience with high networth newbs who may want to custody their qualified account (side pot) stack with ya. Or at least the courtesy to respond to someone humbly trying to figure shit out.

Can it be used without KYC if there is no need for USD / fiat? Does it work in Puerto Rico?
You obviously need to build a non custodial part on your wallet, a dedicated LN channel for users who want to take self custody on their funds.
Here is an example of liquidity offers you could provide for self custody: - a 2000USD channel between your node and your customer mobile node, for a price of : on-chain fees+ a 0,5%/year of the channel capa, or something like that.
Now your customers have the best of lightning with asynchronous payments even when offline and a way to self custody
"Hybrid wallets" like that (with a self custodial part like ACINQ + a custodial account for offline payments) should be the norm while waiting for better solutions for LN mobile payments...
