Weird… I still have Damus relay. By removing Primal relay, I removed my own “reply guy” problem

Hah! I was just thinking how fast it is compared to other clients.
I use Primal occasionally, like when I want to send a url to a note - it renders well in their webapp, and they make it easy to copy the url. But damn, it takes like 20 seconds for my initial feed to refresh when I open Primal!
Weird… Damus seems to be one of the only Nostr mobile apps that is very focused on performance.
What performance issues are you seeing specifically?
Try just Primal - I’m still using Damus relay and not seeing the spam for now
Thanks! Disabling a couple relays seems to have helped - I thinks the nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg relay was the main source of spam.

Yeah I have almost no point of reference. Visited Shanghai and Hong Kong briefly ~10 years ago, otherwise just what I read/hear through media and Chinese Bitcoiners.
