Yes. Some of them. But, as I understand that you understand, IQ is not a the most important factor in these matters. The fear of (social) inconvenience is more important than the truth. Truths are often obvious; you can see them clearly lying at the bottom of the pool, but to get them you have to expend energy, and holding your breath for a short time and you get wet and maybe a little bit cold in the process. Was it worth it? Many prefer to just stay above/on the surface and ignore what lies a little bit deeper, out of convenience.
