You can use a borderwallet, put the words PDF online somewhere, take the pattern with you somehow, can be in your phone.
You can just scan the signed transaction through a QR code. Bluewallet allows this.
I have to see some code examples first, one of the things I like about nostr is the ease of development and transparency, it's very simple and easy to check your notes on a relay. If Pubky is easy enough and offers more possibilities it might be interesting.

Peter Todd is Satoshi, then he moved to other things and created Monero, that's why they have tail emissions.
The problem for me is I can't add any lnaddress from someone, let's say just a Strike user and tag with a name. This would be like the private contacts, as for the public contacts from nostr I wish I could add/pick the npubs that I wanted manually i wouldn't even need to have an npub myself or link my npub. The way i see it a contact is always an lnaddress, that is either "hardcoded" manually or it's "dynamic" because it's a nostr user and the lnaddress is what he has in his profile.
Minibits handles nostr contacts but it's everyone you follow, there's a difference between people you want to follow on social media and some people you want to have just as contacts to send sats.
I have too many LN wallets. None of them handles contacts in a good way imo.

Requirement 2: It needs to work without a VPN in New York (and the US in general) – this means NO Strike, Cash App, ZBD, Primal, Phoenix, WoS, etc.
This is a surprisingly hard list to write.

Nostr relays must move to a pay model at least to fight spam, free relays will be as good as the global feed, full of garbage. Within paid relays some will have stricker rules others more relaxed, others specialized in specific content.
