Communication is not an act. Is an expression of an e-motion, which means a manifestation of the energies put in motion in your environment, in your relation with another, by your nourishment and other chemical reactions.
Speech cannot be put under regulations, because naturally, it has no regulations. Every expression of emotion is looking out for a response from Cosmos(Logos) to stabilize it.
We cannot put regulations on freedom of expression. We cannot judge the thought or the expression of it. Only upon actions we can regulate, simply treating them like systems overlaping.
Controlling the speech means controlling the thoughts, controlling the thoughts means controlling the mind. We cannot approve on regulations that turn people into kettle. I say there is a certain obligation we all have towards the greater good and we invite the ones sitting in positions of authority to fall in line with laws that are above us all.

I am no racist, I've had an African boyfriend for months and very good friends that up to this day occupy a cherished place in my memory. But I want to stress one point- if this topic regarding black people, divides white people and turns them against each other, while the other ethnic group stays united (as they've always been), even growing stronger, maybe it's time to start looking for yourself and yours. Holding love in our heart for all creation does not mean everything should mix and lose it's nature. If we have a global military alliance (NATO) that is currently the cause of the conflict causing home destruction, loss of life and lack of security for people, it means it has failed it's original purpose- to defend peace. There is no other purpose for weapons and military alliance other than to protect the peace of citizens, the flickering light of consciousness.
The fact that is has turned into an extending fire, proves that the ones holding the guns, taking upon themselves the roles of "Protectors", are not equiped for it, lacking the humility, discipline, love and commitment in service for higher ideals and values.
If things don't occupy their proper place, we are setting ourselves for chaos and eventually destruction of all that was built within generations of dedicated work, passion and sacrifice. Their lives matter. If we don't value our ancestors and our inheritance, nobody is going to give shit about us neither going further. Except ChatGPD and your AI personal assistants.
