Interested in most matters. Bored by some. I will listen to and evaluate the craziest ideas and theories. Since we are running out of conspiracy theories that do not turn out to be true, I’m always open to hear about new ones. I believe in the importance of fitness, carnivore / carnivore based diet, intermittent fasting. I peacefully defend our rich Western culture with vigor and pride at all times. Disclaimer: I don’t hate anyone. I believe in compassion and respect and letting others live their lives as they wish. While I may mildly dislike certain people and actively avoid others, hatred is an entirely different ballgame—one I choose never to participate in. I don’t wish harm on anyone. That said, I reserve the freedom to choose what I think and say, always ensuring it doesn’t infringe on the freedom of others. I also reserve the right to decide with whom I spend my time, energy, and resources.

Ah OK Thanks. I can’t see my NIP-p5 verification mark - can you?

Couldn’t he just raise it to full staff on the same day right after the formalities are done? Would be quite symbolic. Yes I know #Trump is likely going to remain a Zionist shill but honestly, I still strongly doubt that retard #Kamala would have been the better choice. Nothing is perfect and everything comes at a price but I rather pay this one and at least see confused kids stop getting mutilated.

On my last day on #X I asked #grok a modified version of the question Stew Peters had asked it earlier.

A friend of mine even managed to get an additional statement out of it in which it explained why it would prefer the jew. I watched it happening life on their screen. Its reasoning was that the developer team is pro Israel. When I tried the same on my phone it had already been corrected and it produced a more vanilla answer. These revealing glitches don’t usually last for very long.

Luckily I never had that silly blue checkmark on #X. It’s a trap. I don’t need an Israeli data and intelligence company collect my info and track me. Nor do I need #Elon take over every aspect of my life. It blows my mind that people are so willing to be put on a leash like that. But, even my measly little unverified profile that was designed to be hardly heard by any human was still consistently feeding #grok. That had to stop. I don’t even want that damn app on my phone.

I’ve left #Facebook in 2019. I remember me trying to log in couple of years later just to see what would happen and to my surprise it was still asking me to reactivate my profile. I mean, of course they don’t delete a thing but this was bold. Luckily, I had never said anything too sensitive on there so I don’t really care.

That’s helpful. Thanks!

Yes. Twice. The longest one must have been around 10 months. I did everyone’s head in with it 😁. Lost a ton of weight I never intended to lose in the first place. I was the leanest and the lightest. Thing is that’s not always what you want when you lift. I then learned to use carbs more sparingly and strategically around training sessions. That seemed to work best for me rather than cutting them out completely.

A carnivore diet is great if you want to become healthier. Problem is, I find it’s not sustainable and after a couple of weeks or months it gets really boring until I reach the point where I actually dread meals. That can’t be right either.

Solution: I keep it meat centered but I add a few veggies on occasion, just for the flavor. Carbs are debatable. I bake my own bread and wouldn’t want to live without it tbh. I’d say 75% meat 25% Veggies/carbs work best for me since it’s sustainable. Everyone is different, of course. Also, there seems to be a correlation to blood groups which I have found to be mostly valid. Some people definitely do better on meat only long term than others.
