GM! 🌞

Today feels like it’s going to be a wonderful day.. stay humble & stack sats as always!

There are so many positive changes being built into #nostr every single “GM & PV” day upon waking up …you just can’t help but feel proud for how far we’ve come. Bitcoin and the philosophical/practical concept of censorship-resistance & decentralization makes all of this possible. Thank you Bitcoin & Nostr devs for all of the hard work y’all put into this!

Absolutely! Learning to turn around and head the opposite direction (or at least a different direction) in the rat race. After spending ample time learning the fundamentals of Bitcoin, it was by far the easiest decision I’ve ever made.

I recently graduated with a doctorate degree and working towards living on a bitcoin standard. I welcomed the radical mind-shift in becoming self-sovereign & getting off zero over the past few years.

I made a decision I wasn’t going to work the full 9-to-5, but open to working part-time or PRN to help accumulate more bitcoin with fiat. The other part of my time will be spent building a local bitcoin community and incorporate a physical therapy workshop (my alt: nostr:npub1f59y6unxyl3vgyd7388lf3tzy84w6xm0e6chlkypkrsqcqejumeqsaaw7k) within it. I’d appreciate a follow, good sir!

I’d definitely reach out for agent of chaos advice to never stay complacent and always fight the status quo, which I feel will be invaluable as time furthers on.

Thank you for sharing!

Just joshing you, good sir 😅

I was mistaken on my original post.

It’s 50k sats on satsfaucet

I’ll check out freebitcoin! Thanks for the rec ⚡️

I may not be on here often, but I am so damn proud of you guys. I saw something like 7% of my followers are in my age band, I am 3 months and 5 days younger than Saylor.

But....I was like you guys, back in the day, with the Internet. But even before then, I was in on BBS systems. I actually met two girlfriends online. My friends thought I was nuts, how could you meet someone typing on a computer? Then came the pre-Internet days.

I pushed hard. People laughed. I explained to them everything, even a guy at an Auto store (Poquet Auto) I came in on a Saturday to check out a Diamante (I bought it) he said. "How did you hear of this specific car?" I explained. "But it isn't in the Sunday Tribune until tomorrow?"

I helped them get a website setup using an ISP (long gone) called Summit.

My friends and family laughed.

I taught them early on the word 'Blog', they laughed, repeating the foreign word, when we went to Ukraine to adopt our daughter and I am in Internet cafes with thumb drives posting my info. (Essentially working with the Russian Mafia, really, packing heat, counting crisp hundred dollar bills and if one was flawed, "spend this in your country" in a thick Russian Accent.

My friends/Family were starting to say "cool."

Then my wife was diagnosed with incurable cancer, I used a MLM the exact on Satoshi used called Majordomo. Before Google, shitty search engines but I compiled all the info they needed and emailed it. BUT I knew that they would need to 'search' back through those emails so I used something called FINDMAIL.COM where it archived each email from the MLM. Then it was sold to eGroups then it was sold to something called Yahoo. But it did the same.

Now I am a national level cancer patient advocate for the past 27 years, with some of the best researchers in the world. I take most comfort, however, knowing that my little mailing list for that specific type of cancer, the doctors would say how "informed their patients were" and I knew, I freakin' KNEW my little list with the most patients/family members on it was in play.

...so then comes Bitcoin, my friends and family laughed, they are not saying "cool" yet.

All I am saying to you younger people, I am proud. Very proud of you all.

RESPECT.

GO NOSTR.

GO UKRAINE, I love your country, the people, and our wonderful daughter from Odesa.

This, sir, was such a wonderful read. I can finally say I feel hopeful for our future and for future generations to come (sitting here in my late 20’s FYI). I hope to, one day, be in your shoes saying this to newest batch of beautiful minds looking back to our history and being amazed by how hard we worked to get them where they’re at. THANK YOU!

Dei celeritate, good sir.

I remember! I actually used it myself before switching to Monero and Bitcoin. Those were fun times

There is a bounty of collecting 1 sat an hour if you’re okay with the slow and patient (I have a 1 hour timer on my phone to collect it through my days to get about 15-20 sats a day on top of my Fountain podcast stacking).

There are challenges that where you receive a bonus for collecting 10 bounties a day. Prizes are random with various sats as rewards.

There are offers where you have the option of completing certain conditions that can be construed as high privacy concerns (it’s optional and not required to accumulate sats). Offers can be completing registration on certain centralized platforms with tracking as a conditional requirement (I don’t use this although their rewards ranges from 75 to 300k sats). They also have Offer Partners that require you to turn your VPN/proxy off and detects if you do. Again, this is optional and not a requirement. (I specifically use BitLabs as my personal choice).

They offer to earn sats for watching videos on Cheddar.tv, which is again optional.

Last optional way to earn reward in sats is via affiliates using an invitation link to earn up to 25% commission on all affiliate incomes for a lifetime.

But at the end of the day, it comes down to the withdrawal policy and execution.

There are bad reviews and scam is thrown in the most recent comments along with long delays in withdrawal. So I’m going to try reaching that 50,000 sats mark and submit for withdrawal. If it doesn’t work and they give me a painful time, at least I tried.

y'all.. I remember when I first came across a bitcoin faucet back in the early, early days and didn't think much of it at the time (deepest regret of my lifetime).

Now coming across this Sats Faucet and taking a chance on it this time. Though the catch is that you're required have accumulated 5000 sats before transferring it from their custodial wallet to your self-custody wallet.

Invitation link: https://satsfaucet.com/register?r=41635

Stay humble and happy stacking!

Agreed! We're tired of this political dynamic that never seems to change. Now it feels like they're trying to capture bitcoin and impose regulations on it, especially now that central banks are getting worried they're not needed, thus it's in their best interest to silence the voice of the many and pander to the elite few.

Sent this out to my fam (slowly purple-pilling them to #nostr one meme/post at a time & they were surprised they didn’t have to download primal or get an account to see this content), and they asked “so does bitcoin actually fix this?”

We’re getting closer, folks 🫂
