I think the Spam Bots are having communication problems with each other 🤭 They are commenting on their same comments over and over again 😆 It seems they can't reach an agreement 👀
The data that you can see on Nostr is completely dependent on the relays that you decide to connect to. Although I am not an expert on the subject, I suppose that the reports are stored in something Type "Database" (which would be the Relays) and these in turn mark the profiles or publications as spam... Maybe 🤓

I got this result by using a binary to text converter. The converter uses the ASCII code to convert the binary code to text. ASCII code is a character encoding standard that assigns a unique number to each character. The converter converts the binary code to decimal numbers and then uses the ASCII code to find the corresponding characters.
Here is a example table that shows the ASCII code for each character in the binary code:
Character ◾ Binary ◾ Decimal ◾ ASCII
h 01001100 72 104
e 01100101 101 101
l 01101100 108 108
p 01101110 112 112
m 01101111 111 111
e 01100101 101 101
... ... ... ...
The converter then converts the ASCII codes to binary numbers. The binary numbers for each character in the sentence are shown in the table above. The binary numbers for the entire sentence are concatenated together to form the binary code for the sentence.
