As per the Cooper test for VO2 max, I am at 49.0mL/kg/min. I was able to increase my runs from 2kms to 2.7kms in the same duration of 12 minutes. But, as per Apple watch, I am still at 44.
Go out for a run for 12 minutes and know yours. It's one of the best measure to understand longevity and your heart condition.
Kilometers: VO2max = (22.351 x kilometers) - 11.288
Miles: VO2max = (35.97 x miles) - 11.29 
I often find myself stretched between personal projects & commercial projects, and I mostly end up being in thick soup.
The mindset that I have changed to now is 6h of pure commercial work. If there's anything left, switch to hobby projects.
I plan to build a developers community to help undergrads learn and get the right skill set to make money.

I was under the impression that it's lame to repeat oneself over and over with the same thoughts repackaged into something new. Turns out, I was wrong. Human brain takes time from registering to marking some idea as actionable. If you don't rinse and repeat it all this while, it is more likely to go down the drain.

Best of the books from Harari to G. Martin have been all echo chambers, every time you pick, you pick something new, something to imagine, something to think.
We meet the same set of people over weekends, at least I do. I see all the people on the table as different from the previous week. My experiential curve has moved, so has theirs. My absorption mind has changed, so has theirs. Except for the people who have not changed over years and just want to bicker about problems. This group is not your target audience and a bad company.
Bottom line, meet more, filter more.

Alternate thought, If you don't get paid well, would you still love doing it? It's okay to charge obnoxiously, if you have mastered and are in love with your work.
Tangent thought, if you want to get paid well for your work and yet looking for free/cheaper options, you are part of the problem.
My world view can be flawed and I don't have any trouble accepting it. But at the same time, I would like hear people talk about theirs. There can be peace between the two without me pushing mine and they pushing theirs or to even imagine a union of two.
Criticism without a meaningful feedback is a new hobby and it is majorly due to self righteousness. It takes zero people to approve your mental thought process. Secondly, it be due to convenience. People sit and self approve everything. Others are charged for words they did not speak, ideas they did not think.

It is difficult to be in your company because with time your expectations vs the results start to creep up. Others for whatever reasons would continue to consider your smarter, that’s why their company becomes a necessity.

The only legacy you leave behind is money. Everything else is a plagiarised thought, idea or work.
