That’s good to hear. Exercise, healthy diet, natural sunlight exposure, reduced indoor activity (hard, I know), and reduced stress can help too.

Have you tried direct sunlight via sun rise and sunsets? With no sun glasses or sun block. A good way to reset your circadian rhythm.
