If I had to say my perfect tuna salad recipe is a copy cat of Whole Foods and it’s not $12 per pound.
2 cans of solid white tuna in water (5 ounce cans)
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
little pinch of sugar
Every time I really like something they have it gets discontinued. Very frustrating.
Try relish sometime. Really has a distinct flavor with tuna and I actually don’t like relish. Never ever goes on my hot dogs and I’m Chicagoan.
Adding a little bit of relish I find goes a long way.
