And that sats are not in the wallet, but on Blockchain. The wallet is just is just a coordinator, an interface. Just my experience, never had an issue with SS, as I said I am a beginner and not close to a IT guy🙂

You got me interested so I searched Croatian web so I can find which city gas utility is that. I didn't find that, however I found more of those, like Istrian water utility you can pay in BTC and some shitcoins. I usually follow global BTC, and haven't focused on domestic market, thanx for that.
