It was a nice Sunday, mostly hanging out here on the homestead. I'm really liking 1877 Mineral Water from HEB, I think its better than Topo Chico. Nice and refreshing during these hot days. Glad I got the solar oven out of storage and used it today, need to use it more often. That was some tasty roast beef cooked by the sun. The finished product, it was delicious! It cooked for about 5hrs, average temp on thermometer was 300 degrees. I need to use my solar oven more often, because I like not heating up the kitchen for stuff like this that needs a long, slow cook.😊💥 #grownostr #foodstr #solaroven
