Learning and teaching others. Planting orange pills 4 privacy, prosperity, and problem solving.

Anyone going to Bitcoin Race Weekend at Indianapolis Motor Speedway tomorrow?

Dropped off a sticker on a main beam at my old job on the last day. Figure if I can’t be there as a beacon of hope, you can!

Proof of work. Cows gonna be a bit more secure today.

I think this is the best response! It’s two of the words from where I live that I hate how often are misspoken.

I just had a thought. When I was in 4th grade, we did a bug project. We had to catch and freeze like 20 different bugs. We then had to pin them out, research their scientific and general names as well as habitats and life cycles.

In the 7th grade we had a leaf project. We had to collect several different leaves and pin them out, displaying them with some information containing scientific and general names, locales, different things the trees were used for.

2 of my children are in high school at the same rural, Bible Belt school system. They didn’t have to do these projects. Their teachers do not give them projects where they interact with nature anymore.

What happened to our education system? Why did we allow such mediocrity to exist in our teachers? I am very thankful for the teachers I had and the education system that I grew up in! They allowed and even encouraged curiosity, reading, studying and learning.

I figure I will be buying it right beside them…. Wrong game plan?

Walked past an electric box at work. ā€œWait, what kinda privacy tech do we have behind the door in this panel?ā€

I gotcha. My daughter just picked up a backyard medicine book at the farm store while getting feed. She opened it to the dandelion section and started reading.

I just paid another 449,400 sats to people putting my #bitcoin stickers in public.

This officially ends my latest sticker bounty. If you didn't see my other post, this bounty was cancelled early due to scammers posting old photos from past bounties. If you believe I missed your valid submissions, please DM me a link and I will make it right.

When I first started this sticker project more than a year ago, I was paying 21,000 sats just for putting a sticker in public. I was amazed when people actually took time out of their day to do it! This evolved over time as the project scaled. Now that it's scaled even further, I'm no longer able to run bounties and guarantee sats for everyone.

In total, I've paid out tens of millions of sats which resulted in thousands of stickers being put in public. More than 7,000 people have scanned the stickers in public and taken their first steps down the bitcoin rabbit hole. For that reason alone, it was worth every sat.

Going forward, I'll still be mailing free sticker packs to anyone who requests them. And I'll still be building more resources to accelerate bitcoin adoption. Most of you said you would still put these stickers in public even without a financial incentive, and I am so humbled to hear that.

My plan is to occasionally zap people who send me photos of their latest sticker spots. So you can still sometimes earn sats, but they won't be guaranteed like they were with bounties. I'm hoping this will result in people putting them in public simply to spread bitcoin adoption.

Managing sticker bounties takes up a surprising amount of time. I'm excited to be able to allocate that time to building new things. I have a bitcoin project I'm building that I'm really excited to launch next year. If you like the stickers, you'll love what I'm working on. I'm not ready to share more info yet, but you'll be the first to know when I am.

None of this would have been possible without the support of all of you. If you've ever put a sticker in public, you've helped spread bitcoin adoption and put a huge smile on my face. As I've evolved the project over time, you've all been tremendously supportive. And for that, I am truly grateful.

This project has brought me so much joy and has helped scratch an itch to accelerate bitcoin adoption in some way. It's shown me the power of community and just how awesome Bitcoiners are. We are all here working towards a brighter future that we may never even see. But we continue to push forward every day. We continue to orange pill those around us. We continue to fix the money so we can fix the world.

This is a lot of words to say: THANK YOU! I'm excited to take what I've learned from this sticker project and use that to make my next project even better.

So stay tuned, because this is not the end. This is simply a new beginning 🫔

Recently received a sticker pack. Can’t wait to put them out in public. Thank you so much. I wonder how many of the ones in Jax, FL I saw last fall came from your giveaways!?

I wanna say this was a powerful 5 minutes that I couldn’t agree more with. Give it a listen.

As I wind down working 2 jobs all summer to stack enough to start a couple business ideas, nostr:npub15879mltlln6k8jy32k6xvagmtqx3zhsndchcey8gjyectwldk88sq5kv0n fuels the inspiration to see it through.
