I went for the first and last time. Lake Satoshi and at meetups, I have found more alignment with my goals. There seems to be more focus on freedom, mining, education, and privacy VS. number go up, buy my product, free stuff and hired models. I left Nashville feeling dirty and like fiat was bleeding into bitcoin too much.
I still want to see bitcoin park, though. I am sure there are great folks in Nashville.
Until now, I hadn’t thought about the fact that institutions and countries still have to fall for the casino-coin crap. They will fall for the same things so many individuals before them have. We are still so early.
Just want to say David Bailey and Bitcoin Magazine really dropped the ball on this conference. It’s one thing to bring in the politicians if you want to simp for that sorta thing. I bought my ticket 14 months ago. Today my wife gets to the venue with purse in hand, only to be turned away. As we paid for parking for the day, she and another person decided to go get a drink while I ran in to grab a game from nostr:npub19jkuyl0wgrj8kccqzh2vnseeql9v98ptrx407ca9qjsrr4x5j9tsnxx0q6. Went to put both in my vehicle and was denied re-entry. At this point, screw the conference folks for the TSA level security at the venue. Shoulda held trump and company elsewhere. Allow the Bitcoiners to decide if they want to show up or not. I was only allowed in to half the conference, give me half my funds back!

A buddy and I went to Lake Erie about a week ago. First time perch fishing for me. We caught our limit, keeping 8”+ fish. Lots over 9. Also tried out some walleye trolling. Only caught a couple and only one keeper. 
I think we need more hunting and fishing on here. Have you found any good follows in those categories?
