There is no way to force a man to be free. Freedom always comes from within.

So, Prigozhin seems to have accidentally fallen out of a window...

...of his downed airplane.

What a classic russian blunder.

For the first time in 15 years I rode a bike today. Why did nobody remind me, that my ass will hurt so much?

I feel like I just went through an anal gangbang with 5 horses.

Reimagined dorothy with proper property laws? (her being sued for trespassing, burglary etc. by the bears)

Special thanks to nostr:npub1785tpsxl4q0wtmdhzcg37hhxh0htphz3er02jnkhnz0r6df6yzeshxmkct (and I frown your way today) for having me drunk painting yesterday!

The painting now awaits for my husband to hang it over the couch.

Special thanks to nostr:npub1mu6e6ty69f3vp5tj333tesz5v64tksyj0gep5a6skg5qqznhdjzqmtzflr for dealing with my ass and still loving me. He's the true hero. Anyway! Kids still out! What do I do?

Unfortunately no. Since I am no longer active in this area, I don't maintain contact with this kind of people.

My best guess would be to reach out to CZEPS. They should be able to provide you with good, reliable and up to date info about your options.

I would be very interested to read it if you ever found out where it was you read that.

Enjoy :) Get ready for a wild ride. Don't expect much from season 4 tho.

That is Community (a tv series) created by the same guy who later created Rick and Morty.

This episode is about alternative timelines. In each one of the (5 or 6) timelines they are having a dinner and in each one of them a different person goes to pick up the pizza and different events unfold.

And most importantly:

DON'T PANIC

All psychoactive substances alter the way you see, feel and understand the world around you. If you aren't used to it, some sensations just feel weird or possibly dangerous.

For instance, many substances increase your heart rate and you may experience a bad trip if you panic about going into a cardiac arrest. (or possibly stress yourself out into one)

Whatever unpleasant situation you get into, try to remain calm and do your best to get out of it.

I do have a lot of tips for self guided experiences, just not for guided ones.

For instance:

- Do not ever do a lot at once. Start with a little and feed up to the required effect step by step.

- Have someone reliable to watch over you during the entire experience

- Choose the environment appropriately to your substance of choice and the purpose of your experience

- Plan your experience to work regardless of whether you ingest any psychoactive substance or not.

- Stay properly hydrated

- Learn what you can about the substance and it's positive and negative effects, contraindications and adversarial substances beforehand.

- Have a contingency plan for a possible unpleasant experience

- Do not stress about the experience or the substance. Go into it with a light mind. Be prepared, not stressed.

- Don't use any psychoactive substance if anything feels wrong. Don't start or continue unless it feels right. It is better to miss out or let a bit of it go to waste than to have a bad experience.

- Don't repeat use frequently. I'd go for at least two months between sessions. Less is better.

All of the tips should apply regardless of substance and your reason to use.

Sounds interesting. What are you working on?

Then they are bad therapists.

It's not a job of a therapist to decide whether you have a problem or not. Their job is to listen to what you consider to be a problem and help you deal with it.

Unfortunately I cannot give tips regarding guided experiences with psychoactive substances. I rely entirely on hearsay and stories from acquaintances from days long gone.

Personally I only ever experimented for academic purposes and occasionally just for fun, but never for therapeutic reasons.

I kind of like the thrill from time pressure. I just need to remember to participate again. But yes, Zapping is not Zapathpn exclusive. Zhat is just a cherry on top.
