Awards are controversial— but it’s exciting. I remember how upset some people got when Bob Dylan won.
He laughs often— if I remember correctly.
thank you— she is now on my list. I really enjoyed those two books you recommended in the summer. When I searched her online— just now— saw her birthday is September 29th.
Was getting ready for bed and thought ‘ah, my bed is naked 🤔’.
My sheets are in the dryer still.
Damn.
it happens 🤷🏻♀️
yes. My account is less than a year old (I was sad after deleting my Twitter account) and wanted to check out “Booktok” and I was curious because when many of the young kids I know talk about a current event— I would ask, “where did you hear about that?” And they would say “TikTok.” I do not post— just watch. They have videos I enjoy.

I’m so excited— I wake up a little earlier every year to savor the moment! The Nobel Prize in Literature 2023 has not been awarded yet. It will be announced on Thursday 5 October, 13:00 CEST at the earliest

Some of the notes you share— remind me of my mom including this yummy cake pic!Thank heavens she lives close— for an occasional seasonal treat amongst other motherly attention that never gets old!
wow. My card was compromised at a Target a couple years ago.
Our teacher lounge has a Keurig coffee machine— I only use it if I’m desperate which rarely happens because I bring a large mug of green tea with me to school every day.
a sugar problem?!
I have book club/dinner tonight with my friends— need to grab an expresso after school!
I need to go to bed by 10:30 pm/11:00 pm for my 5:30ish am start or the afternoon is rough. (But there are so many things to read in the evening). 2 more classes to go!
