Listen I have a few pastors in my family. I was forced into Sunday day weekly and went to countless retreats. Everyone gives me same answer when I ask "Who created God?". The answer is ether we don't know or he's always existed which is physically impossible 🤔.

Eat primarily animal based protein.

Cut out highly processed foods.

Get to sleep before midnight.

Move around for at least 2 hours day.

Get some sunlight on your skin and fresh air everyday.

Cold showers/ice baths or hot saunas.

Do work that is meaningful to you

Stop watching TV.

If are going to use social media curate your feed so it helps you develop yourself and learn.

Fasting, drinking only water.

Read the bible for 10 mins everyday.

Worship God!
