If you are trying to get your mic signal to your headphones, it should be working. If it's not I'd try hitting the enter button because some Zooms break the signal until you "arm" it to record.
If you are trying to MUTE the mic signal then hit the mute button directly above the red A.
If you are trying to mute the TRACK then turn the sound pad knob all the way to the left.
I should have asked, what are you trying to do? Can you hear yourself in the headphones?
Bars 1-4 are mic inputs.
Oh! If you are seeing level changes then the mixer is working. The 1 has to change because that is the input meter (the mic).
Also (I do not know this mixer at all) but try shifting the headphone to the 1 output.
Can you tap on the mic and see if there is any level change, with the bars on the display?
If you turn all the knobs to this and tap on the mic, and there should be visual fluctuations in the signal levels.
You went from having sound to then no sound, without unplugging anything right? You are Tanel so I hate to ask 🤣 but all the power is on?
Do you have the record enabled? I haven't played with that one but the H4N is my go-to for live recording!
Sometimes you cannot hear unless the red button is flashing.

Is it one of these:
-group bus button
-a pan pot
-aux send turned all the way down?
