Ton of water.
Hours 36-48 are the hardest. Brain craves food, legs get kinda weak. Day two I would skip the gym. Third day (today), I felt like I could run a marathon.
Salt helps you get over cravings.
After fasting for 72 hours, you gain clarity over your body. You begin to appreciate the little things in life and you begin appreciate the little things and realize the difference between your wants and needs in your life. This is always an eye opening experience for me. Until next time 🤙🏼
