My youngest son was on ADHD meds for a few years. He needs them, but they started messing up his stomach so we have taken him off this school year.
He went from all A’s ,to now mostly B’s.
It’s amazing how focus can hone the mind.
… I’ll always wonder what I could have accomplished if I had meds when I was younger, or even as an adult…

last night my wife and I watched the film, Maestro (on Netflix)
absolutely fkn fantastic!
a biographical drama about the life and relationships of Leonard Bernstein
Bradley Cooper, wrote the screenplay, directed and acted in the film.
possibly some of the best acting I’ve ever witnessed. a deeply meaningful and profound film.
