This is still hard to look at. I was in denial about how it was affecting my health.
In my mid twenties I followed a strict raw vegan diet for a year, thinking it was healthy. This is how I looked by then end of it… 
A thing about the carnivore diet I haven’t heard mention much is how incredibly clean it makes your teeth feel.
