If your lightning app doesn’t have channel management then it’s doing you a big disservice. In Vancouver almost every vendor uses nostr:npub1h2qfjpnxau9k7ja9qkf50043xfpfy8j5v60xsqryef64y44puwnq28w8ch , so I can open a channel to them and have 0 fee, instant and reliable payments wherever I go in the city.
