What a great idea. I guess I often actually do this without being aware of its benefits.
That is why they call it practice I guess.
Keen to develop a new habit like this. I have never done it consistently enough for it to really grab me. But I did appreciate the slowing of the monkey mind, which I imagine most Bitcoiners have an overactive version of.

Mallacoota!!
Just over the NSW/VIC border, this was our first stop in VIC.
Awesome little seaside town. Huge tidal lake system packed full of bream and flathead.
VIC had a long weekend we weren’t aware of so ended up staying here longer than we’d liked but it was actually a nice forced holiday from our holiday.
A few nice relaxing days of long walks and bike rides and a bit of swimming.
There were plenty of kids about so the boys had an absolute ball making new friends. We barely saw them as they were off adventuring, playing in the playground, riding bikes and playing soccer…. Barely a device turned on for 5days….magic
A few wild koalas in the trees throughout the park too. Spectacular to see them in the wild which is pretty rare for us Nth Qld’ers.
Few big grey kangaroos come down to watch the boys playing soccer. One big boy looked pretty buff.

Tathra Beach
Narooma
Merimbula
Saw a wild seal……rad!!!
Narooma is a really cool place. From Australia Rock to wild
Seals. Long boardwalk and coastal bike path.
Tathra had nice little swell for surfing.
Picked up just as we left as the southern end of nsw benefited from swell from TC Alfred all the way up the coast.

I spent my afternoon with my boys skimming these bad boys across a creek. Dad still holds the record. 🥇
Definitely not that unique colour range though.!
Master of swords ⚔️
Thinking about starting a new series called “Things I’ve seen, heard, witnessed and learned in the shared amenities of caravan parks.
I have witnessed great and terrible things…
🤯🤢🧐🤔
Losing track of days…..
But since our last post we have spent time in Shellharbour, south of Sydney.
Took the kids and wifey on the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, a quick lap around the opera house and across the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Then onto Ulladulla and surfing at Mollymook Beach. Mollymook is simply stunning and great little beginner beach breaks.
A few days surfing at Broulee beach, a quiet little coastal town.
If you think i am bored of exploring beaches, surfing, sand, lookouts and coastal walks. Think again.
