I haven’t gotten a migraine in probably 15 years. I had a killer one last night, felt like I was on death’s door. I couldn’t stand, couldn’t lie down, thought I’d end up puking my guts out. nostr:npub17meshv2lg6rfyuwzgh349yslllq7aathd55xu0jgjns2ayz6rt2seplm8u told me to pet the dog, which I did for about an hour, and then finally went to bed. I woke up at around 6:30 this morning and it was gone. I learned that this is sometimes a lingering effect of surgery and reduction of painkillers. But wow, that was not fun. 🤕

Brutal. Glad it passed.

Petting the dog is always a good thing to try. I heard it will also remove seed oils from your body.

Those are clear answers to straight forward questions. How do hand wave those away?

Built some cubbies for the change room yesterday. The pleasure of planning, starting and finishing a project is immense no matter how small.

That’s a fun idea. I’ve been doing a Sept driving trip for about 12 years to upstate NY with another couple. It’s such a beautiful region. The hiking trails are wonderful.

I know it’s a bit west of you, but Watkins Glen state park is always a crowd pleaser for an easy but spectacular hike (walk)

I’ve not heard of Amani Oshima - thanks for the recommendation. Planning a trip in November. I hope that’s an OK time to visit Japan.

Something is wrong with my lightning address on nostr.

I had a default address from WoS and it worked fine. Recently I updated to a custom address, updated it on Damus and now it doesn’t work.

Hmm, maybe I’ll try seeing if I have the same issue with Phoenix.

Let’s be honest, when BTC goes above $35k, we’ll all tune in again…

Weird. I see the zap icon and my address is in my profile : ganggreen@walletofsatoshi.com

I have one associated with my Nostr profile. I was zapped twice today.

Congrats - it’s a fun make-work project to have land. I’m not too far from you by Canadian standards. I’m outside Guelph.

The PawPaw take about 7 years before they fruit. I was fortunate that the previous owner planted them in the 90’s
